Thank You for booking into the Kerr Soverall Art Workshop

 

Terms and conditions are as follows.
1. Your place in the workshop is confirmed upon payment confirmation.
2. Full payment is required in order to secure your place.
3. If full payment has not been made the space will be released to the next person on the waiting list.
4. Please notify your workshop teacher Rebecca before booking if you have any health, allergy or learning issues. The workshops do not offer or provide any medical supervision and our Sessions may not be suitable for all adults.
5. If any workshop is prevented because of an event outside Kerr Soverall Arts control, then you will contacted as soon as possible to make you aware.
6 Art workshops are designed to create a space that is positive and encouraging. Any member of the workshop who acts in a disruptive manner or prejudices the safety of the other participants - this may include but not limited to for instance, appearing in the eyes of others to be harassing, bullying or intimidating others will be requested to leave without refund. This will be solely at the discretion of Kerr Soverall Art.

7 Please ensure you arrive at workshop ready to begin at workshop start time.

8 The personal information you provide will only be used to book in your workshop and to process payment for the workshop . Your personal information will not passed to third parties unless you have consented to it or if required by law.
9 Please make Kerr Soverall Art aware at any time If you would like to be Removed from the Kerr Soverall Art email list in writing.
10 Kerr Soverall Art does not accept liability for loss or damage to belongings while attending the workshops.
11 Purchased workshops cannot be exchanged or sold on. If you are no longer able to attend a workshop, please email Rebecca to make her aware. Any cancellations within 48hrs of workshop date are non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration.
12 Ensure that bags are not left on the floor and the floorspace is kept clear and free of obstacles whilst attending the workshops.
13 Kerr Soverall Art cannot accept any damages to clothes or belongings, please ensure appropriate clothing is worn for paint application or please bring an apron. Please also bring an old towel or sheet to aid with transferring your art work home.
14. In the event of circumstances out with Kerr Soverall Art's control (for example weather) changes to date, time and venue may be subject to change. A full refund will be issued if you are unable to attend the workshop due to these changes or your booking can be placed onto the next workshop pending availability.

15. Minimum class sizes may apply dependant on workshop type and is at the discretion of Kerr Soverall Art.
16 . Workshops are for 18+ and not suitable for children.

18. Art designed by Rebecca Kerr Soverall & Kerr Soverall Art cannot be sold by workshop / watercolour class attendees .Copied tutorial subjects are for learning purposes and personal use . You are very welcome to gift to family / friends your work designed from weekly classes/ workshops , however referenced art designed by Rebecca Kerr Soverall that is used for weekly classes / workshops cannot be sold as your own original design .

 

Terms and Conditions – Protection of  Kerr Soverall Arts Artwork


1. Copyright and Ownership
All artwork, designs, and images created by Rebecca Kerr Soverall remain the intellectual property and copyright of the artist. No part of the work may be copied , edited, modified, cropped, distributed, or shared—digitally or physically—without prior written permission from the artist. Tutorial Work during watercolour classes are for learning purposes only, tracing of tutorial work may be kept in your folder to enhance learning and practice at home. 


2. Use of Artwork and Images
The use of any artwork or images, whether for personal, commercial, or editorial purposes, is strictly prohibited unless express written consent has been granted by Rebecca Kerr Soverall.  This includes, but is not limited to, sharing with third-party websites, businesses, or services.
3. Third-Party Usage Disclaimer
Kerr Soverall Art is not responsible for the misuse or unauthorized distribution of images by any third party to whom artwork or digital files have been given without written consent. Any responsibility for such misuse lies with the individual who shared the content.
4. Purchases and Licensing
Purchasing original artwork or prints does not grant the buyer rights to reproduce, edit, or use the artwork commercially. Licensing for use in publications, products, or branding must be arranged separately in writing.
5. Moral Rights and Integrity
Kerr Soverall Art asserts the right to be credited for their work and to object to any alterations or uses that distort or misrepresent the original intention of the piece.
6. Digital Sharing Guidelines
If sharing the artist’s work online (e.g. on social media), proper credit must be given, and the image must remain unaltered and linked back to the artist’s official account or website. Please tag and credit appropriately.


Directions -The venue is The Red Star lounge immediately adjacent to the entrance to the Skene Church, Kirkton of Skene just outside Westhill, the postcode is AB32 6XE, please enter venue via the white door. There is ample parking space that is free adjacent to the workshop venue.
