Craft Club - Tuesday Evening Block Booking

Kerr Soverall Arts Craft Club is held on Tuesday Evenings from 5.45-19.45 in a beautiful, dedicated studio space. Craft club is a bring-your-own-project group where you can work at your own pace on whatever art or craft you love, surrounded by a friendly, supportive community.

Bring your favourite materials and work on any project that inspires you. Popular activities include:

• Painting & Drawing: Watercolours, acrylics, oils, pastels (soft, oil, or chalk), sketching with pencils or charcoal, collage, adult colouring books

• Textile Crafts: Knitting, crochet, cross stitch, embroidery, macramé, felt crafts

• Paper & Mixed Media: Card making, scrapbooking, beading, jewellery making, decoupage, stamping, embossing, origami

• Other Creative Pursuits: Journaling, art journaling, calligraphy, hand lettering, fabric painting, mindful mandala drawing

Whatever your skill level or preferred medium, this is your time and space to create without pressure or instruction.

• Main Studio: A bright and spacious room featuring a large boardroom-style table and a smaller table seating four. This area is ideal for spreading out painting supplies, collage materials, or mixed media projects. Use the studio’s tools — including a hairdryer to speed up paint drying — and enjoy a calm atmosphere with optional background music

• Quiet Sunroom: A cozy space with comfortable wicker chairs seating up to eight people. This tranquil corner is perfect for quieter crafts like embroidery, cross stitch, knitting, crochet, or simply enjoying a colouring book or a good read.

At our Art and Craft Club, creativity is your playground — a joyful escape where there’s no pressure or timescale to finish a project. This is dedicated time just for you, shared with others who love making and exploring art and craft in all its forms. Here, you have the freedom to open your eyes to new mediums you might enjoy—whether that’s trying soft pastels for the first time or experimenting with acrylics or oils.

This club is all about playful, peaceful creativity....a chance to relax and connect on your own terms

The Tuesday Evening block booking ensures you have a space for 4 sessions.  Even if you miss a week due to an appointment or other commitments,you will be given credit towards your next block booking.  This option offers you flexability whilst ensuring you have a place in the stuido space.
