"Candy Cane and Crystals" Friday Afternoon 12th of Dec

Step into the festive spirit with our “Crystal Candy” watercolour class! In this session, you’ll paint a candy cane and Turkish delight arranged in a sparkling crystal glass — a charming study in light, reflection, and seasonal detail.

During the class, we’ll focus on:
• Capturing the shimmer and transparency of crystal glass
• Painting sweets and treats with vibrant colour and texture
• Tips and tricks to make highlights and reflections pop
• Working with small details without feeling overwhelmed

This piece was inspired by a photograph I took while at the Westhill Photography Club. Although the original image included extra festive elements like tinsel and baubles, I've distilled it down to focus on the magic of painting candy and crystal.
